The byAçores website has no responsibility for or control over content hosted on the servers of other companies, institutions, organisations, public and/or private entities, and individuals.

The byAçores team and its designated representatives have the right to remove any content that violates these rules or is otherwise objectionable, as well as to ban users who violate these rules.

2. byAçores Content

All copyrights and other intellectual and industrial property rights, including the domain, trademark, database, logo, texts, design, images, videos, and other general content available on this site, are the exclusive property of byAçores and are protected under general law and by national Industrial Property protection legislation.

3. User-Submitted Content

All content submitted by registered users on byAçores is their own responsibility. byAçores assumes no responsibility for said content.

Photographs of the Açores submitted by users must be their own work. In the event of property theft or misuse of third-party images, the image(s) will be deleted and the user will be banned.

By using this site and creating an account, a public gallery is automatically created for you where you can share photographs of the Açores. No other types of photographs will be permitted, and byAçores may refuse and/or not approve the submission of such photos.

The photographs in your gallery and submitted to byAçores are used in various areas of the site, with a hyperlink to your image which contains the author’s information.

Photographs submitted by users may be used in byAçores content (articles about the Açores or others), with the author always being credited and a hyperlink provided to their user profile.

These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice, and the date of the last update will always be posted when such a change occurs.
